I provide talking therapy, a safe space in which to explore emotions and experiences, creating a supportive relationship to facilitate healing. These can be face to face or via online or telephone.  

You may already have expectations about counselling or therapy and a first session will be an opportunity for us both to see if we can work together and will involve discussing what is on offer and what any possible goals from therapy may be.

I offer expert advice and knowledge of infertility; recurrent pregnancy loss and adoption, in terms of impacts on individuals; supporting you through pregnancy after loss or to make decisions on what next, sharing knowledge and resources. Also in improving services and changing behaviours and attitudes as well as supporting employer policy change.
