Losing a baby is devastating, no matter how many weeks pregnant you were.

Infertility is life changing and isolating. The fear of never achieving parenthood, ever-present.

Childlessness is a grief few understand and yet 1 in 5 women remain childless, the large majority, involuntarily.

Wondering if / when, to change direction, to continue pursuing parenthood or not, can leave you feeling overwhelmed.

Thinking about donor conception; surrogacy or adoption can feel so alien, so isolating.

My name is Nicole. I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, with a number of years experience working with adults and children, but specialising in miscarriage and infertility, as well as thinking about or having adopted. Read more in the 'About Me' section.
